Pinbasket reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice. Updates take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

2. Definitions

  • Site: The web platform operated by Pinbasket.
  • User: Any natural or legal person accessing the Site and/or using its services.
  • Digital Product: E-pin codes, game credits, in-game items, and other digital content.
  • Seller: An individual or corporate user selling digital products through the Site.
  • Service: All digital product buying and selling transactions and related services provided through the Site.

3. Account Creation and Security

You must create an account to use the Site's services. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for the security of your account.

  • It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential and not share it with third parties.
  • You must notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized access to your account.
  • Each user may create only one account. Multiple accounts may be suspended upon detection.
  • Users under the age of 18 cannot create accounts without parental or guardian consent.

4. Scope of Services

Pinbasket is an e-commerce platform facilitating the buying and selling of digital gaming products. Our services include:

  • E-pin code sales and instant delivery
  • Game credit top-up services
  • Digital content trading
  • Marketplace services for sellers

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through the secure payment infrastructure on the Site. Prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY) unless otherwise stated.

  • An order is considered confirmed once payment is completed.
  • The Site reserves the right to change prices and payment methods without prior notice.
  • Balance top-up transactions are subject to administrator approval.
  • Use of fraudulent or unauthorized payment methods will result in account suspension and legal proceedings.

6. Digital Product Delivery

Purchased digital products (e-pin codes, etc.) are delivered to your account instantly after payment confirmation. E-pin codes are considered used once viewed.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, logos, software, and materials on the Site belong to Pinbasket or are used under license. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment instruments
  • Engaging in fraudulent transactions
  • Activities that jeopardize the security of the Site
  • Misleading or harming other users
  • Using automated bots, scrapers, or similar tools
  • Facilitating money laundering or terrorist financing

9. Limitation of Liability

Pinbasket shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages to the extent permitted by applicable law. Site services are provided "as is" and are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved amicably. If no resolution is reached, the competent courts and enforcement offices of the country where the company is registered shall have jurisdiction.
